I dont know what type of fuel this device uses, but i guess it runs on batteries. I'm not a robotic engineer, this is just a crazy idea but, how about you replace the wings with slightly bigger "butterfly-looking" wings with solar-panel capabilities, than it could in theory fly around forever, at least in sunny areas like the middle east?

ok Jim doesn't know what he is talkin about. This device would be great for recon but it just seems to small for anything like taking out rocket crews during combat. i don't mean to talk down the device it just doesn't look like it has the fuel capacity to carryout missions like that

Reconnaissance ? Better yet, if the device could be used to search and destroy single individuals like the rocket launchers in Lebanon/the Hezbollah fighters. This would be the ideal weapon. The device could be fitted with a chemical agent to incapacite the individual. This kind of weapon, fitted with other capabilities would instill severe terror against the enemy.
