This may be the Pentagon's newest weapon but are we trying to out due our advisaries in our "Big Gun" or are we trying to intimidate oppose to negotiate..maybe there is no room for negotiation, I am not sure, however, I for one do not want one of my soldiers coming in contact on the recieving end with this advanced technology.
