No it will never have fuel that defeats the purpose of it being a remote control drone. You start adding any kind of fuel products ,then you increase the weight (6 fold) .You increase the weight that much then you have no chance of using battery packs ,solar power etc.. On top of you ‘ll be forced or limited on how much armement you would be able to carry. So mid air refueling of any kind is completely out of the question.

Would be interesting if midflight refueling was added for extended missions deep into enemy territory, this also could be a large uav fueltanker, it would allow this pesky musquito to loiter for several days and nights at the scene, good for area denial or perimeter defence of strategic outposts, as a very quick close airsupport to the piecemeal mortarattacks from taliban for instance and you could even send the uav fueltanker back and forth for to haul new fuel and have the reaper keep flying for a several weeks, or until all its munitions are delivered to targets

they should try putting that many hardpoints on the global hawk. it’d give the same strike capability w/ the global hawks jet speed.
