It is very difficult to say which is better & which is infere in full scale war.We knew that during 1965 war between India & Pakistan Indian armament were much infere than that of American supplied armament to Pakistan but India has not only given deep wound but also taken an edge over Pakistan.Similarly during libration of Bangladesh the local warriors with help of Indian army has fougth bravely with much infere weapons than Pakistani Army.Similarly during Kargil war the handful soldiers of North front of Pakistan in a face of mujahidin given same wound to the mighty Indian army & taken an edge initially but ended with defeate & withdrawl from occupied areas.
Now at this time neither India nor Pakistan dare to attack any one because of WMD same will be applicable to Russia–USA & USA — China.

Hey, we are Indians & we have lot of things to do rather than just putting attention to missiles & defence. We have enough fire power to deal with our enemys. We have Bramhos , Agni-I,II,III. We also have Akash air defence system , AWACS – early warning system & most important we are a nuclear state. We dont race with US because we take US as our important stratergic partner.We know US has got far more superior technologies & defence systems but it dosent mean that India cant make that. India feeels no need to race with US because it in no way takes US as a threat. We are strong enough to deal with countries like Pakistan, China which may produce any threat to Indian National security .And we have proved this in 3 wars with Pakistan b y beating them.
US citizens shall not forget that whole world is paying very high cost to modern TERRORISM by some extermist & who is responsible for the origin of this terrorism ?
US & policies undertaken by US gov. in the decade of 1980 in Afganistan to beat USSR.
USA is solely responsible for the worst conditions in Afganistan . So keeping this in mind US in no way should make show of their weapons . Every person dying in the terrorist attack across the world then whatever may be its nationality,religon , age is paying cost of his life for the mistake done by UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
We Indians are proud atleast we are not KILLERS.

The United States has more advanced conventional weapons better than any country on the planet. Russia’s has the most advanced form of scalar weapon known to man. Russia, military wise, is the most powerful country on the planet. Russia’s can destroy the United States in an hour that’s why the U.S. and Israeli are reluctant to attack Iran because it’s protected by Russia. U.S. Haarp is inferior to Russia’s scalar weapons. The good example of how scalar weapons would look like is the beginning part of the movie The Book Of Eli. Imagine that happening to the whole country of the U.S. and Israeli all at one time. That’s why I said in an hour.

Answering Bhushan as I understand it is planed on cruising at Mach 5-7 then during the final phase of the attack it accelerates to mach 10 for the final attack. This is because it would be impossible to maintain mach ten for more than a couple minutes.

With the scalar weapons there is a drawback that would make them completely useless. One you could just send low altitude stealth attacks at high speed so that they don’t enter the ionosphere and they wouldn’t even know you are coming and second that means that you cant launch any attacks while the ionosphere is like that, so you are pretty much trapped without the power to counterattack. The chinese can have there Scalar missiles. You would just be trapping yourself for F22s and other US air crafts to come along and claim air supremacy

Only X-51 I have heard of is a Boeing plane (still in the development phase) that is projected to travel at Mach 7. I wonder why would they put 13000 mph here, and the data provided here itself is very confusing and self contradictory at times. Anyway, if this report, by any chance, is true, it won’t be just to compare it with BrahMos. BrahMos (lab test speed of Mach 5.6) has a range of merely 180 miles (co-developed by Russia and India, where Russia is MTCR signatory, so couldn’t help produce anything of longer range) and the missile talked about here is an ICBM, so certainly with BrahMos it is not a worthy comparison. Also, all Indians should keep in mind that BrahMos is one of the fastest missiles, not exactly the fastest one. I am an Indian.
